Anyone ever buy any. I am looking to get some, but every where I call ends up being in port washington or Germantown. I would rather find someplace closer to Waukesha since I am going to have to pick it up.

Let me know. :thumbsup

Look in the Sunday paper. You can usually find some in there fairly cheap. I bought some when Builders Square went out of business.

What exactly are you looking for? My uncle has a company that builds and designs complete custom palletizing systems, fully automated. Everything from bagging, sealing, checkweighin, stacking and shrinkwrapping.

Yikes, All I need is the shelving part of it. A pallet jack would be nice too.

I am selling one pallet rack. Included is:

2 upright frames 48" deep X 120" heigh.

6 beams, (2 per shelf) enough for 3 shelves. They are 96" long, fits a 4' X 8' sheet of plywood (not included). Each beam has a 1 5/8" step on the inside for a 2" X 4" or 2" X 6" support brace.

The overall lenght when assembled is 103".

I use the floor as the first self you might say for storing mowers, snowblowers and taller things like bikes. You would have to supply the 2" X 6" support braces and plywood.

I use them for storing transmissions, heads and other car parts.
I am selling this unit for $250.00

This is nothing like the stuff they sell at Home Depot, the set that I have is HD.

No, The stuff at menards isn't that heavy duty. I got some. It isn't the standard 4'x8' either. But it is nice and strong. I would still like to get some more "real" pallet racking but I want some that will work together. Jabo, where did you get yours and can I get more if I need too?

The used stuff they are selling at menards will hold up to 6,000 pounds. Id say that is pretty heavy duty.

The rack that I have is in decent shape. I can not promis that I can get any more. I think it was purchased from Mc Master Carr or Grainger, if you look at one of their catalogs you can see how much each piece sells for. I live several blocks from Pick & Save in Muskego.

Uhhh my dad's company uses the stuff from Menards for their assembly line, they assemble industrial/commerical electroinics (inverters and such) for railways and stuff... If you buy the HD stuff from Menards, it's strong!!! They should have two different types.

I got the heavy duty shelving from Menards. It is nice, but not big enough. I am going to do floor to celing shelves down the back half of both sides of the barn. I need 4ftx8ft for the space. The racking I need is going to be about 15 foot high. I am getting a forklift so the hight isn't a problem.
