Ring Gears

So can anyone here tell me what these might possibly work for? They are
GM7.5-373 It is a MOTIVE GEAR set. My bro got them for me new in the box, for my B-day andd they don't fit my car. I could have told him that, but know the guy he got them from won't take them back so I am going to throw them on ebay any ideas so I can give an accurate discription?

those will fit s-10 most year(all years if remember correctly)
f-body 82-present
g-body(metric malibu,monte carlo,cutlass,gran prix..)78- up

It depends on the carrier also, I bought a set for my 7.5 10 bolt and they didn't fit because I needed the "tall" or "thick" gears. I was also stuck with mine and sold them on ebay and bought the correct ones from C&S in Butler.

Good luck, I think everyone goes through this at some time with rear end gears.
