Anybody See The Chick Racer on Fox 6 News?

Contact 6 had a story about some local chick drag racer who had a 78 or 79 Cutlass drag car and her trailer ramps broke, Tom's Trailers wouldn't replace the $250 aluminum ramps, so she contacted Fox 6. Tom's Trailers promptly replaced them when Katrina Cravy came knockin' :rolf
They gave a few good shots of her car, including a few blasts down the track. Anybody know her? The car was burgandy with some crazy graphics on it, cowl hood, Centerlines, etc....

OK, I didn't see the story, but who here has not had something break on them? So the ramp broke, just weld them back up you work on cars, you should be good on this stuff. Or is it just because she is a girl she wants special treatment? Now yes, I can see if she just got the trailor this past weekend or something, then yea, get them replaced. But shit, just fix them. Your into that kind of stuff if you race cars I would hope.

I know her very well, her name is Deana and is 19-20 years old.....her dad is Sonny and has a brother Scott with a black camaro that runs at the GLD....they hang at Skeeters shows as well.....the story i was told by her dad was they gave her the wrong weight rated ramps and would not give her the new ones....so they contacted contact 6...well as the tv truck came into there driveway they got a call from toms trailer and he said they would make right on the ramps....i guess the tv truck followed them there.....thats what i heard right from her father last weekend.....she plans on running the car often..just put in a stock 455 and headers and the tank went mid 12's...she wants to go faster so her and dad are going to work on it over the winter...wouldn't surprise me if you see her on tv in spring with the car....real nice people....deana is a honor student at MSOE.......just some facts

Probably the same stuff they used on the other trailer)... We just had a stream of bad luck with them, and it seems others do as well...
