For the past week or so I have been trying to figure out why my car will not start. Its a 350 TPI engine. I know its getting fuel, I tried to start it with starting fluid and it doesnt do anything so that must mean there is no spark. I thought it may be the Ignition Control Module so I took it in to have it tested and it came back as good, I then replaced the ignition coil and that didnt solve it either. There is only one other thing I can think of that it could be and that is the Pickup coil and you gotta remove the dist for that, I have never removed and reinstalled a distributor before so If someone on here could maybe swing by and walk me through it I would be most grateful. Thanks alot in advance for any assistance you can give.

before you go removing your dist make sure that ther is no spark.
here is the easy way if your don't have a spark tester.
take one of the plug wires off and lay it next to the frame or engin and keep it away from the exhaust. then have someone crank the engine over while you watch for a spark.
also how old are those plugs
