Not sure if that proves he is a tool or just reckless like most other people BUT someone is dead nonetheless at the hands of a celebrity. I will never understand why some people arent charged at the scene. Even if he wasnt tanked, he broke the law and someone died....shouldnt he have been charged???

Ahhh, the power of celebrity. What an ass. Yeah, he should have been charged with vehicular manslaughter, but they're probably going to investigate this to death before any charges do get filed.

Well....it say's say that he WASEN'T Drunk just awaiting results but yes why didn't they do it at the scene or at the hospital. oh well.. Hope the passenger ended up ok. and i feel sorry for the family of the man that died.
