Looking at a Honda bike for sale. The owner is in prison and his friend has been storing it for 4 years and wants it gone. No way to contact the inmate or get the original title.
Any ideas on how to get it titled without the previous owners signiture?

apply for a lost title....but hope when he gets out he don't come looking for ya.....no...just apply for a lost title and go from there....jmo
