Orange Fairlady Z!

I was driving westbound on Bluemound right in front of Bluemound Gardens today at 12:15 pm and an orange Datsun Fairlady 240Z (right hand drive) was driving eastbound. I have never seen this Z around here before, so I made a few calls and nobody knows who this is. I know of just about every Z car in the area, but not this one. Does anybody know who the owner is? I would really like to find out.

This car was mentioned to me last week. I believe it is owned by a lady. She was offered $12K for the car and TURNED IT DOWN. Did you see who was driving it?

It looked like a white dude with long straight hair and glasses. Just got a glimpse of the driver. I was spending more time looking at the Z.

$12k? Holly crap! Derek Grubb has, along with one of the first GNZ's ever built, a Fairlady Z all setup for SCCA. The way he described it too me, the Z flies on a road course. He was saying that it's a pain to get used to shifting with your left hand though, like upshifting from second to third gear.

I would love to have a Fairlady someday.

i have heard of this car too. Never actually scene it though. I heard of a guy who found a RHD 280ZX in the south west WI. for sale a few years ago.
