Who do I call to report...

Who do I call to report meter jump on a fuel pump at a gas station? The damn thing jumped to 3 cents, then went right to 6 cents, then turned on the pump. I want to report this F'n pump. Do I go to Weights and Measures or someone else?

I the mean time, don't buy gas from pump #2 at Kapusta Bros. at 6005 W. Vliet St., Wauwatosa

I believe there is a sticker on all gas pumps that has contact info to the weights and measures agency that is responsible for the station. That may not help you right now, but you should be able to go back there and get the info.

I had that happen to me at the Speedway in Oak Creek on Howell and Puetz.
Stopped using the pump but had it still in the gas neck and I'm watching 10 cents being add and I didnt even had the pump on.

So I had 15.10 in the tank, went inside said your pumped is focked and charged me 0.10 with the pump off, so heres the 15.00 and walked out.

If it did it for you...more than likely it's doing it for everybody. This is a common scam by gas stations. They hope people don't notice...and a majority don't.
