What do I need to do to get it to turn better?

AWD is a whole new world of handling and driving... way different from FWD or RWD... you just got to get out, drive it and get a feel for it:headbang !

Option #1 staying in stock class

1st thing take car to Big Bear Tire for an alignment and have Justin max the camber out in front and Zero the toe front and rear.
2nd thing buy better street tires Falken Azenis 615's in a 235/40/17, mount them on stock wheels.
3rd watch for when Tirerack offers a winter wheel/tire combo and get it for winter.

Option #2 moving to STU

1st thing get a bigger rear sway bar (whiteline or cusco) unfortunatley it moves you to STU for autocross.
2nd thing take car to Big Bear Tire for an alignment and have Justin max the camber out in front and Zero the toe front and rear.
3rd Tires, Tires, Tires the factory re92's suck so if you want to upgrade and keep the stock wheels and tires for winter get some enkei 17x8's and get 245/40/17 Bridgestone RE-01R $194 a tire roughly.

I orderd a set of the Hancook RS2's 235/40/17
Will seting the camber like that affect the ware of the tires for dialy drving?

No, on my STI I am running max camber on the stock setup which is -1 degree with 0 toe front and rear. It is as agressive as you can go without camber plates.
