Well the Grand Prix is sold...It gets picked up tuesday, Unfortunately I found out today that it was an SJ clone so that really hurt the value. I ended up getting $12,000 for it.


But I still have a nice car to take to car shows. Its my Dads but he rarely drives it, its a 1969 Ford Galaxie 500 convertible. 32,000 original miles.. Original paint, chrome, motor and interior. Here a pic if you see it around or at a show come say hi.

Damn $12K seems cheap, the market is real soft right now, I can't even get $10K for the Road Runner. :mad:

That Vert is bad-ass, I have regular old school film pics of it from a car show somewhere, I really dig the Cragars, very sweet ride. :thumbsup

You have Pics of My dads convertible or one like it?? If so thats cool, maybe someday I could check them out, it must of been one of the shows I dragged him too.:rolf He really does not do the car show thing much.

Thats cool, Ill be sure to tell him. Thanks everyone for the compliments on the vert, I just know im gonna start missing my GP very soon it just hasn't set in yet.

Is the GP staying local? What venue did you use to sell it?

Its new home, is just north of Detroit. His plans include to paint it Crystal Turquoise and put the Vinyl top back on. So I doubt i will be able to keep tabs on it. I sold it via Classicalpontiac.com it was a free ad.
