Who fills Nitrous tanks around here ???

I was thinking something I have not done with a car yet was Nitrous, so I jumped on ebay and started looking around. I found this kit which I am kind of interested in. My question who around here fills nitrous tanks and how much is it for a 10 lb. tank? Heres the kit, any input would be apprishiated, except if your going to tell me I'm going to blow my chit up, which doesn't matter, have a few motors sitting around.

i think SKEETER has a fill station as well, was at the body shop and they sent a guy over to him....as much as he uses, he must have a fill station....lol
