1995 Z28 vert.....is this a good deal?

well my pops found a mint 1995 M6 Green w/tan top and leather Z28 with 11k miles, the guy is asking $9,500.00 and is willing to work on the price. with the mileage i could see myself holding on to this one for a long time to come so resale doesnt really matter to me. since i have sold my z last summer i have been bummin. i think this may work out for me, maybe offer him 8500 or 9000. any opinions fellow car guys?:banana1:
