Ok people have their own opinion on what gas sation to purchase gas from and most people are pretty religious on getting gas from the same company or place. Where does everyone get their gas from?

I most frequent BP, since they have 93.

My good friend owned a Marathon station, but went belly-up, so now I have no real preference, whatever is convenient at the time.

I won't get gas at speedway. They only have 92 and for cheaper I can get 93 at Jetz.

Just to give you guys a heads up. I used to work in the gas industry back in the day. (I ran to Marathon on 84th and North) The owner was cool as hell and we would bullshit all the time about what differnt company do with busness, their gas, and other things.

The company that makes the best higher octane gas is Shell by far. Some years ago Shell would have 94, not 93 as their Premium. Some may even remember this from there huge station in the Dells.

And also, Mobile/BP/Amaco are the same company/people/gas. :)

speedway is usually the cheapest I see. But then again, I only see 2 speedways and one clark station on my way to work :D

I stick with speedway, mainly because of the speedway rewards thing. Its nice getting money back once and a while.

If thats not available then I look for BP/Amaco

If I need gas around the house, usually speedway, cuz it's close. If I am out by work in burlington, Kwik Trip.

I had a friend who worked at the local speedway here. He mentioned how tankers came to the station once or twice a day. Always gettin fresh gas.

Citgo

The Mobil's in pewaukee are ALWAYS 5-10 cents higher than anybody.....so now I say :flipoff2: to all Mobil's.

Besides that...I've seen them changing prices 2-3 times a day which I believe is now illegal.

i wont use citco anymore. since they had that huge gas problem. they had the most problems linked to the fuel injector failures like 2 yrs ago. but damn the money was good LOL. shell and mobil have the best cleaners in their gas from what im told. i do work at a shell, and i was asking the owner about the gases. so i learned alittle.

How do you figure? BP is British Petroleum, and Mobil is Exxon-Mobil based in Texas.:confused

BP and Amoco are the same....
In August 1998, British Petroleum merged with the Amoco Corporation, forming "BP Amoco." This move was widely viewed as a takeover of Amoco by BP and was only officially described as a merger for legal reasons (after a single year of joint operations, "Amoco" was dropped from the corporate name). The newly-renamed "bp" became an initialism no longer overtly standing for "British Petroleum". At the same time BP used the punning tagline "Beyond Petroleum" in some advertising campaigns. The step away from "British Petroleum" was in part a reflection of the fact that BP had become a global business and also that the direct identification of the company as British could be a disadvantage in some areas of operation.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Mobil and Exxon are the same...
In 1998 Mobil and Exxon agreed on a merger to create ExxonMobil, which was completed on November 30, 1999.

If it's at all possible, I use BP. If BP is not available, I will use Shell, followed by Mobil.

I will not, under ANY circumstances, use Shitgo gas anymore. Shitgo is owned by PetrĂ³leos de Venezuela, and Venezuela is run by the socialist POS, Hugo Chavez. Chavez, if you haven't heard, HATES the US, and as of late has been buddying up with Fidel Castro (Cuba), Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (Iran) and Kim Jong-il (North Korea). Chavez along with Shitgo and Venezuela in general, can go take a flying phuck at a rolling donut. We can nuke them while we're nuking Iran and NK, if it comes down to that.:flipoff2:

Citgo gas most likely f#$@ed up my injectors on my old Grand Prix a couple years back. I will not buy Shitgo gas any more.

Lately, Marathon / Exxon-Mobil / BP / SpeedWay

I used to be very speedway loyal but ever since they raised their premium and mid grade price to the "10 cent each grade rule" I have been swaying to other stations more.

Once I go back to UW Waukesha in 10 days I will start using Qwik Trip again, it is a Top Tier fuel, just like Shell.
