buying refrigerant in WI

I was just in my local Autozone and noticed they had a display for A/C recharge kits and cans of refrigerant out in the middle of the store. I knew they had it in back, but you needed a license to buy it.

The guy said 2-3 weeks ago the law expired on needing a license, so they can now sell it thru the end of the year. :wow

So I guess if you're smart and you have some extra cash laying around, I'd pick up a few cans. Never know when you may need it.
