does it have an internal wastegate?? is it in working condition??

its setup for internal wasegate but no actuator or flapper...it was run external at the time...i wouldnt run it as it sits.pretty good amount of shaftplay but doesnt hit the housing.it would need a rebuild for sure.its got a powerdercoated exhaust housing and center section.
