WANTED: Stock LS1 TB

I might have a line on one as it is... but i want back ups. Just a plain stock F-body LS1 TB.

if i can get my MTI to hook up right i might sell you mine. it wouldn't open all the way when i put the pedal to the floor nothing in the way of the pedal and i mesed with both cable adjusters and i couldn't figure it out... ive got the mti one just sitting in a box after i messed with it for a week i took it off..

If you just want to borrow one I have one sitting here in the shop, you would just have to replace it when your done......

i think the problem with yours 0transam0 is that it might be for the wrong year.

'98-'99 had a different throttle cam compared to the '00+ f-bodies. so it won't open all the way.

so it might seem like the MTI one is for '98-99 and the stock one is for your vehicle.

it would be interesting to see if it was the wrong year. the spring on the throttle bracket, what color is it? blue, brown or orange?

the spring is just a spring its grey none painted..

hmmm, well you can adjust the cable length to open it up WOT

otherwise it just might be like i was describing, just a wrong year. the "brown" really isn't like brown like tree bark.

does the assembly that the cable attaches to look EXACTLY the same, or does the pulley area look smaller/larger
