tech help needed..

my buddy has a 90 grand am with the 2.5l 4 banger...it wont start...has spark..and the fuel pump is good...it comes out of the throttlebody but wont spray out of the injector? injector is brand new? what else can i check? the only code the computer throws out is for a tps( which was also replaced)

any help is needed...thanks

I had one of those with a similar problem and it turned out to be a bad ECM
