Actually, technically yesterday, but they accepted the resignation as of today. They were NOT happy at all and decided to be pricks about it and asked me to leave. I guess they were worried about what I might try to do with certain contracts, as I was the primary reason that the party signed with us as it would have had me as a full time athletic trainer at the location. Those guys won't be too happy either...
But hey, what are you going to do? I was offered a 17% increase in pay, plus 5 weeks(!!!+1 day even) of vacation! Plus, I get to work in a smaller, easier going location with less hours and less coverage that I've been at for 6 years with people who all know and get along with me.
And since they accepted my resignation as of today, hmmm.....I think I'm heading down to FLORIDIA until my job starts up on the 7th of August
