Black FD RX-7 On HWY100

So i was up at culvers tonight as alot of you know. And i saw a black FD RX-7 looked to have exhaust and Chrome wheels and the C-West headlight conversion (sleek always down style) Anyone know who has that or what is done to it? It went North on 100 and never saw it again.:thumbsup

It was following me on my way home, he ended up going east on Greenfield. Sounded pretty hawt.

He lives in tosa, I can't remember his name though. Last time I saw it, it was a stock twin/ bolt on car, but he was talking about a single kit? So it probably makes 300-400 rwhp:goof

i didn't notice the car was moving, they were like a chrome/alloy look to them. i'm sure it is the same one. i don't know of many DARK colored FD's with the C-WEST headlight conversion and wingless runing around 100
