Just thought you should know what the next "Winter Drags" Champion looks like before the winter season is upon us....

I know...didn't get a mustang/camaro or anything. The valiant serves me well enough I guess (and is MUCH cheaper) so I just went ahead and replaced the Jeep with a, well, a Jeep. It's got a 4.0, auto, select-trac with full time 4WD, tow package, 3.55 gears, and all the options except for leather. With some snow tires, it should be as good as the Old GC in the white stuff.

The XJ has no CV joints to wear out and the front axle is high pinion(unless its an '00-'01)...so it's already better.

I got two competitors, depending on the depth of snow. Less then 6" my STi will compete. More then 6" I will take wifey's Trailblazer SS for competition. Snow tires all around.
