As many of you know, this Mustang has been a nightmare since the day I picked it up...and there have been many moments where I wish I had my bike and repair money back, but such is life...

Anywho, Andy (BOSS LX) was nice enough to lend his services for a very small fee to get my intake gasket replaced and some other random things tied up to get the car on its feet. After everything was buttoned up, we ran into a problem upon startup that I don't wish to discuss any further...anyways Andy offered to tear the motor apart to figure out whats up at no extra charge.

Its nice to see that there are still people out there willing to lend a hand for those in need. I'm strapped for cash as it is with the recent transmission rebuild, and literally saving thousands of dollars thanks to his help. Hopefully the issue is not serious and we'll have this thing on its feet this year...but in any case, thanks for everything BOSS. :headbang

Ya, it turned out to be on the serious side. Previous owners had a lot of "junk" in the motor.

It is now up to Tyler to decide which road to take. I think either route will work out ok for him.

Yeah, I got completly jewed on this thing. They are not answering/returning my calls either.

Its a mess, and I'm going to take a huge loss dumping it...but I'm sick of the bullsh!t.

Its over at BOSS LX's place right now, and will probably be leaving later this afternoon/evening, but if you want to see the carnage tonight, give me a call 262-894-5501

I haven't even seen it yet, but it sounds bad

Chitty that you bought into someone else's nightmare.
+1 to you for some better Karma...and +1 to Boss for the assist.
The good thing is that you are getting a crash course in Blue Oval triage.
I always feel better driving something that I turned the wrenches on.
Good luck.

Dude that's fvcked up. Sorry to hear about getting ripped off. When I sell used things, I worry about them breaking down the road due to something I can't control, but that's just because I care. This was a blatant rim job. :fire
