i have one engine out of a 89 firebird formula that is complete minus the wire harness and the accesories, it has brand new injectors on it and also has a new starter, one of the cylinder heads is blown so thats out, i also have a chevy longblock that is post '86 which has everything from the pan to the valve covers, no intake manifold or dist, or accesories, both engines are 350's. i really need to get rid of these engines and im only lookin to get $150 for the 89 and $100 for the longblock

im not sure if they r roller cam motors, i think that the 89 might be but i know the longblock is ready for a complete project

and thanks guys but yeah they have been up here a lot but im just trying to get rid of them i dont need them anymore, so if its that annoying then why dont u buy them

sorry im not about to sell the engines for that little even if they werent roller cam, i have to pay off a debt with the money, i would sell them boithe together for $200 btu no less because im already losin like $450 for selling them this low

But at least one of them needs a rebuild. Who knows about the other. I think you should take the $50 and run.

the other just needs the cylinder head and gasket thats wht the other engine is for, $50 just isnt enough its not even worth the time to go to the shop to pick them up

so one needs a cyl head,cuz it is cracked,most likely from being over heated. um,and the other one is worn out and needs a rebuild...those are core motors,50 for the pair.

you might have paid that much for your stock replacement injectors but that doesn't mean thats what thier worth. A set of 30lb svo injectors which are far better than stock can be bought for $150-200 easily. Look on ebay what parts are going for, that will give you a better idea of what they are worth vs what you paid for them. I would say a set of used stock injectors would get you $50 if your lucky but most likely more like $20

Same thing with your engine, just because you owe someone money for it, doesnt mean thats what its worth. I would suggest getting those engines back, and tearing them down yourself, it will be alot easier to sell a block that someone can look inside and know that its not messed up, other wise just like everyone else has told you, its a core engine with unknown conditions and $50 would be a deal you should take and run.

ok they are stock replacement Accel injectors but really dont want to sell the engines for less than $100 together still, i need at least a little bit of cash for these

well according to your posts they're 19lb injectors which are too small for the 350 they're in to begin with.

hence why I passed.

I'd be all over that blown 350 if anything just for the injection setup and the proper 23# injectors, if it had them. so I gotta keep on looking.
