Financing the Challenger means a few guns must go, both are used but in good shape, well maintained. Since its a private party sale theres no paperwork, etc. Only stipulation I have is you must be 18 and not be a jackass that is going to do something stupid with them!

1) I believe Chinese made and US assembled pre ban AK 47 assault rifle, flash supressor, steel folding stock, bayonet lug, bayonet, etc plus numerous extras including a bunch of 30 round clips (I will have to dig them out theres at least half a dozen probably more), nice soft case, sight and other tools, lots of 7.62x39 ammo, etc. $650 fairly firm, great price with all the clips etc.

2) Almost new Chinese SKS - AK 47 based rifle, one of the cheapest most reliable way to put a military round in the air. Can be modded into basically an AK 47 with tons of parts available. Also pre ban, folding bayonet and tons of extras including 7.62x39 ammo. $150 firm!

Yes it is perfectly legal. In the infinite "wisdom" of our legislation, only licensed dealers have all the restrictions *boggle*

A private party selling to another private party is just as if I sold you a toaster - its between the two parties no records, no FFL, no background check, pretty interesting how the laws work huh?

Anyways the SKS is SOLD still have the AK47 and I was informed by the SKS buyer that I have it priced a little high compared to gun "blue book". I had just went out and looked at auction sites to price em out and thought I had it pretty fair. Anyways it appears I was a bit off so price on the AK47 with 5 clips (worth around $12-15 each), around 400-500 rounds of ammo, a complete East German army camo uniform and ammo pouches, bayonet/knife/wire cutters, and case:

$500! Thats right come get it all NOW!

I suppose it is just like cars and other things - car dealers have to post disclosures, do inspections, register and get a dealers license, follow lemon laws, etc. but a private deal is a completely unregulated private deal.
