Nascar is where the businesses want to put their sponsorship dollars because it's the most watched motorsport far and away. A good sponsor and a popular driver (in this case read HAWT!:drool: ) will be a win-win. If/When sponsors win, sponsors kick back to the teams and drivers.

Isn't she from South Beloit, IL? Being from that area I can't imagine shes too high class to partake in a redneck sport ;). When she first came onto the scene she seemed more down to earth than the Euro type of F1 scene shows. Not a big follower of racing but I'd think since NASCAR is a much more lucrative business, it would make sense financially for someone to switch over especially with her popularity and attractiveness. But what do I know.
