Seawead Killer, who can get the Good Stuff ?

A buddy of mine owens a Private Pond/Lake. Very small and nice but the past few years are horrible. Seaweed everywhere, he need's to purchase some Very Strong but Safe stuff.

Does anyone know where to start ?

try calling the DNR? They might know.
