If its a stick and if its a V6, I could see it going that fast. Even 13s with some spray!

It's not stick but it does appear to have the 3.1 intake plenum/cover. Either way it's still a cavalier... No thanks, dude

All that guy did was spent $28,000 to make a $500 car worth $1,000.

Maybe $1,050 if the gas tank is full.

To me he took a $500 car and made it into something I wouldn't let in my driveway:goof

I should have typed more, I apologize as for the noob bashing (stop its an automatic title). That form, I won't fill out. I drive a 92 Crapailavier, auto. Which I must say does suck, but oh well. The post was intended to be a responsed the 14.6 second comment. A 5-spd J-body cavalier can be made into a 12 second car easy and for under 3k.

while i don't drive one of the 12 second 2nd gen cavaliers on the sight, i do have a project that will. So i'm not gonna be arrogent, i just posted a link i thought you guys might enjoy.

3 grand is a lot of money to spend just for 12 seconds.

For those of who don't have the cash to be towing a trailer queen 10 sec car around, 3k for a relaible DD 12 second car is great.

I had a 12 second fox body mustang that was my daily driver before I bought my silverado. I also can name some people who have 10 second mustangs that they drive to the track, slap on their mickey thompsons, and race, then drive home.... with their 10 second slip in their hand.

I can count all the 12 second (and faster...NON SPONSORED CARS) J-body cavaliers on my fingers and toes .....actually ....probably wont even need my toes. It's not necessarily as easy as you think. :thumbsup
