say it on my way home from work last night on 84th street right by the state fair. HUGE blower, no hood on the car, draglites, cage etc...very mean. He gave me a rev when I gave him the thumbs up. Very mean car. Anyone ever see it? Or know the guy? I'd say he was about 32-35ish....
