My old man finally convinced me to get rid of the gsx and start to play with a car that is worth playing with. GSX's can when done properly run with the best and even beat the best but for a 21 year old like me if im going to sink tons of hard earned money into a car it might as well be one that will be wayy faster for cheaper and hold its value. It was a sad few days for me seeing my gsx drive away but now with the new purchase of a beauitiful 86' Buick regal T-Type I can say that I made the right decision, and after Driving my old man's 87' around I know it was the right decision. I love Dsm's but a national is a whole new ballgame. here are a few pics of my national, i would show engine pics but I cant spoil all the surprises. See you all at hyw. Hope you all like:headbang

Quote from Ebay seller...

Haven’t had it to the track or on the dyno since the fresh turbo and latest round of improvements, but just for comparison… Last time at the track it went 12.25 @ 114mph on motor alone, and 11.15 @ 121mph on the nitrous system. This was last Fall, and before I had the car well-tuned. I’m sure this car will go well into the 10’s now, just as it sits. Last time on the dyno it made 396hp at the rear wheels, and 498hp with the Nitrous. Even with the sticky drag radials, this car will fry the tires from a 50mph roll if you hit the juice on the street. The car weighed 3420lbs in full trim BEFORE removing all the AC components.

Anywho me and my buddy are going to make the 16 hour trip with his truck and trailer her back this week. Im not a huge fan of buying cars that already have lots of work done but it does need a more mild street tune and a good converter so I at least have something to do. So ill bring her up to oscars next weekend.:headbang

Awesome purchase! I looked at that car on Ebay this week. Only thing I don't like is that the A/C and heat is deleted. Great move going from the DSM to a Turbo Buick!

VERY nice car!!! My father has a black 87' GN that I've been liking more and more as time goes on. I'm actually thinking of selling my 'toy' to get a 87' T-type and making it a all white version of the GN, with matching GNX wheels.......

Hey guys, once again ebay is garbage. the guy who sold me the car made up some bullshit story about hail damage in the middle of summer blah blah blah, anywho he backed out of the deal. But not to worry I went and looked at a few, you know full body restorations where I could still see bondo coming out of the corners, bad trannys, you all know what im talking about dealing with idiots. lol. Well I stumbled across a 87' Regal T-type that was just right and picked it up last night. Ill post pics later... And this time my mod list will not be posted away:rolf
