so i ran the 3rd gen with the ls1 first run 20.0something. i couldnt get the cluch to grab for ****. the best run i had was a 14.2 at 104 mph. and the clush still wasnt grabing like it should. i know i should easily be in the 13s low 13s at that. i did some street runs yesterday whit it and once the cluch is hot its fine well almost. i need a new master cylinder. but yea a ls1 running a 20 haha :rolf

That sounds alot like how my clutch was acting before I got it bled right. I found a post on here where Tom (BAD LS1) explained how to do it. Once I fixed that the clutch holds great and the car is alot more fun.

Having air in the hydraulics won't make the clutch slip, it will affect shifting. What kind of clutch? new?
