Turbo 98ish neon

Saw it on Capitol Drive (turned off of HWY J) heading west into pewaukee. Looked to be darker green or even black. Could hear a BOV.

Anyone of you neon guys on here?

sounds familiar... any distinguishing features? body kit? wing? stripes? fart can? i know a few black'ish turbo neons in the area...

Nope...just looked lowered.....maybe a little beat up. Otherwise it would have looked stock.

yeah... that's not one of 'em... but if i know turbo neons... there aren't that many with built bottom ends in the area, so most are mid to low 13's on stock internals... nothing to be scared of for most of the people on this board... lol
