Mighty proud of ya! 00' S10 Xtreme is the name of the thread...

ANYWAY. I had a Powerdyne on a 99' Xtreme i had, biggest POS to ever come down the pike! Get the Vortech or Procharger for the 96+ 4.3 if you can, at least there is upgrade ability there too with those..

We're a pro-charger dealer/installer if you're seriously interested.

If you cant install a procharger yourself you should just be slapped.......they are not hard to put in at all........

Not all people into cars are mechanically inclined... Im pretty sure you didn't put that "supposed" novi setup on that semi-hemi or tune it yourself!?!

A blower on one of these trucks is kinda a PITA to install. Then it really should have some sort of tuning afterwards too, the FMU option doesn't always cut it. The Vortech needs to have a hole drilled in the cast alluminum oil pan too for the oil return.

Were not talking about a vortech though, were talking about a procharger. Procharger does NOT need a hole drilled in the oil pan. As far as the Novi install on the ram.....yes i did do it myself and it was very straight forward and rather easy, just time consuming. As far as the tuning....no that does done by someone else. Fact is..... Isnt being "into cars" mean you can do things yourself? Seriously, if you own a "hot rod" you should know how to fix it. The only thing I dont know how to do is gears.....and its not that i dont know how...its that ive never tried because i was affraid to ruin them as they are VERY touchy and must be set right. Its kinda difficult to F' up a supercharger install.......

if he doesn't feel confident no need to rip him on it....i think being "into cars" also is knowing when to ask for help....

I dont know if I'd want it on my car/truck if I didnt know how to put it on myself. I kinda like to know the in's and outs....just for my own sanity. Plus I just dont like people I dont know touching my **** (starts with an 'S'...not a 'D' :goof). :D
