Grabbed a few shots at the Aloha show and finally got a chance to start looking through some of them yesterday. Here are a couple I grabbed of the black "427 SS". I think he is a member here? More snapshots to come later . . .

PS- I know I need to fix some hotspots in them yet but I just haven't had time ;)

Bwahaha actually Dave I heard some people say that they figured there would be some high HP cars on the dyno that's why they didn't run theirs.. I'm not trying to be a ****, but I'm sure there were some other cars there that would put down higher numbers than your car did... No offence intended...

Well we got there late. I had screwed the PL glass on my 24-70mm before we left the house but by the time we got there people were already melting the tires for a couple minutes and we were like a mile away. By the time I grabbed the zoom lens I had no time to put the C-PL on it so I just started shooting. Personally I kinda liked the cloud and smoke cloud reflections in the windshield but either way it is what it is.

I have a couple of the red Capri that was up before the SS as well I just have to get them up on the server yet.

BTW, these are not PS'd except for shadow, contrast, and color correction, sharpening, and any needed noise reduction.

The hood reflections were pretty distinct and honestly a bit wierd and do look a bit like a cheesy PS filter but they are real  Oh well if I ever get someone to do this in fromt of my camera where I have control over the time place and angle, without having to also deal with a crowd it wont be an issue. Given the spontenaety (<sp?) of these I'm fairly happy;)

Still drivin my GTP daily but thanks to davemc I now have the missing parts to the cluth linkage on my 3rd gen. Hopefully it'll see some pavement this year although I am still dealing with title issues, but at least I have the propere paperwork and almost all the signatures now:thumbsup (long story if you haven't already heard it)
