I could have told you that without seeing that video but it amazes me how bold they were in what they did, or didn't do......

That could happen anywhere that a person takes their vechicle to get serviced.

JiffyLube is for oil changes only

BTW- how about the kids who inhaled the fireball while huffing aerosol in a car?

California should fall into the pacific and take all of the super-lefties and inbred with it.

i just had to laugh that the manager of the one store allowed the camera to follow him when he made the phone call to the district manager admitting that they got busted... lol

I wouldn't of gone there anyways... I don't trust places like that... :rolf Especially after what I've seen them do to other peoples cars...

yeah, when you over-tighten the oil drain plug on a NEON... that takes mad skillz with a wrench... lol

Ha ha...the manager tried to claim the Camaro....
Look at the story about the street racers. The one racer got killed and they are looking to charge the other driver with murder.....how? The driver that died lost control

I wonder how that will pan out

Hmmm...

...If I paint flames on my car. . .and someone looks at it while driving. . .loses control. . .and kill someone/self. . .am I guilty of murder?

^ same concept

If I go to any of those quick oil change places I watch them do everything. And if they don't like it. Oh well!!

watch them do everything and make sure you keep your old parts its real easy to slip an origional fuel filter off show it to a customer and put the origional back on. Not every one is bad but i still wouldnt trust what they tell you see the part for yourself! dealerships can be just as bad and three times more expensive.

You'd know you use to work for one of those instant oil change places... :rolf

JiffyLube is for oil changes only

Well....if your carefull and recheck there work:

I worked at a chassis/tires shop for years (Pomps New Berlin),
in the several years I was the alignment and mechanical tech
I spent a great deal of time doing all needed repairs to a one
owner 77 Blazer, neat old fully optioned 400/TH350 all power
and pretty clean. I always told the old dude I would buy his
baby the day he wanted to sell it........"ring ring". The cool
old dude calls and says "Ya still want my old Blazer, only cost
you $300".

The Jiffy lube/Rapid oil change on Capitol in brookfield (gone now)
forgot to fill the crankcase, drove all the way home with a funny
light on dash (guy was old). Called the oil place, insurance paid
an undisclosed amount that week, he kept the Blazer for me and
forfited the $300 I paid for it. Punch line? The Blazer had a factory
reman motor in it, 71 block/4-bolt main 400, sold the block for $400
and proceeded to build a kick but 3/4 ton Blazer I kept for years!

I used to work at one of those deals, not a jiffy lube per say but theyre all a joke. there's very few people that touch my car... amazing how lazy people have gotten.. it takes 10 minutes to do your own oil, oh no you might get dirty. too frickin bad!!
