I have 2 SSR GT3 wheels that are slightly bent. Does anyone know of any local places that do repair on rims? I have a place thats in NC but shipping is $50 each wheel roundtrip.

$50 is a BARGAIN. I have a place in Mass. do one of my wheels awhile back and it was about $145 for 1. I talked with Marty at Big Bear about where to go and he had a place in Illinois I believe but they wanted $250ish

EDIT...sorry I just reread your post and you were referring to the SHIPPING not the straightening.

You can still sorta see where the bend was if you look close. Quick turnaround. $129 is hella cheap compared to a new wheel.

Ditto!! I have used them twice. They are located in Schaumburg. It cost me $100 each rim plus they mounted/balanced my tires afterwards.

Can't you buy stock rims for cheaper than that?

Well, the other two aren't Mustang rims... The stock one I bought was about $100 with s&h but from what I've found out finding the polished 16" 5-Spoke rims are a PITA.. Most are painted...
