I am working out the final details so nothing is CERTAIN yet... But there is a very good chance I will be starting a new SEKRIT PROJECT soon that will be a mind blower! I'm so revved up about it I had to prematurely e-jaculate with this post!

No pics yet, possiblely will be obtaining it this weekend, but it will include:

an elephant

and

a space shuttle that blew up

and will produce (hopefully) well into the single digits timeslips...

Whoever can guess what it is first gets to be first in line to swing from my nuts once its complete!

This part is probably Challenger given your name and list of cars.

There, the easy one is solved.... :goof

and we have a winner!

With any luck I will be obtaining the two key parts of the equation - the car and the engine this weekend. I will then be completely broke and unable to finish it anytime soon lol but we shall see

That's the nickname the Hemi got. It's an elephant of a motor...

Nice Jim, That shoud be badazz once its done. Congrats on getting another E-body... :thumbsup

Not sure what it will run obviously, but estimating using the weight, dyno sheet numbers, and comparable cars running similar setups it should be impressive.

Yeah I have been looking to get another E body ever since my dumb ass sold the 70 Six Pak Challenger I had. I recently stumbled across a VERY nice full moly chassis Challenger - tons of high dollar parts, all the hard work done, probably in the 2500lb range when finished... The guy also has a 572 Indy hemi almost exactly like the 605 street legend on their site now used for a very reasonable price that dynoed 860 HP...

Jim I need to see your 440 this summer! Let me know when it will be out sometime.

Moparjim

Yes, pump gas. Goal is for it to be street drivable (barely)!

Williamz the buffer ninja just did my Charger a few weeks ago so it should be coming out sometime over the next couple weekends.

I do plan to paint it Panther Pink if I lay my hands on it.

So I guess the Pink Elephant could be its new nickname.

Alright got my downpayment down, picking it up next week it looks like...

Laying my hands on the car, the 572 Hemi, and a trailer from the guy. Probably won't see it till next year since Im BROKE now and it needs paint, a trans, etc and a ton of stuff. Look for Moparjim "fire sale" items in the classifieds as I will be selling my truck, some boats, parts, a bunch of stuff to try to finance this "little" project. I'm going to post more pics once I get it and take some, but here's a few of the car!

Cage/chassis is all moly and certed to 7.50 last month, it was all built by:

http://www.jerrybickel.com/

Custom Ford 9" with Mark Williams axles, Strange center section, etc. Wilwood disc brakes all around, Wilwood steering, Weld wheels and 15" slicks, Lexan windows, should be pretty light when done maybe as light as 2500-2700 LBs. Setup for a hemi and powerglide with JW ultrabell motor/mid plates. I might sell the ultrabell and run a torqueflight 3 speed we will see.

The Hemi is a 572 Indy motor, dynoed 860 HP on pump gas.

Do the math!

I've been hard at work growing my beard of power! Actually I spent much of last summer selling/buying houses and moving I didn't get out much at all. I've been working most weekends thus far but I'm taking a bunch of time off over the summer. I should be making it out the next couple of weekends - I have off next week and both upcoming weekends.
