A few little changes

We decided that the classifieds section would be restricted to those registered members with at least 25 posts. This means that newbies can not post or even see the forum until they meet our minimum post criteria. It seems like the local trolls are just logging in to dump another for sale ad and in reality its for the registered active members.

Sorry about some of the inconviences, I think I caught my errors but just PM if something isnt working for ya.

Not logged in people will be able to View Classfieds. Certainly don't want to limit the audience there..

User promotions run every half hour. (there are just under 600 members with less that 25 posts :wow )

Updated Forum descriptions, noting that you cannot see the forum's threads until you have 25 posts (plus up to 30 minutes for system to promote your status)
