i'm assuming they are the "turbine" wheels and not the 5-star Pony rims right?

correct, Actually I believe the turbine wheels were '87 up to about '90/'91, the lx 5.0 got the slotted pony style wheels you mentioned.

Just to clarify, these are the turbine style.

Yes, they are from menasha. Hope you don't mind. As for the tires as I said in the email I sent you I would rather keep them. But they could be bought for $200 extra. That is what they are worth to me.
