Hmmm... I wonder if Jay Leno will buy it....

" Buyer responsible for vehicle pick-up or shipping "

..that greedy bastard... 2 million+ dollars, and he cant ship it to whoever buys it...?? :rolf
I wonder what the shipping insurance would be on something like that... :shades

Yea, but if you can afford the 2 million to buy it, the cost to ship it here is nothing...

Reminds me of the Red Ferrari from 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off'....

Cameron: “The 1961 Ferrari 250GT California. Less than a hundred were made. My father spent three years restoring this car. It is his love, it is his passion... ”

Ferris: “It is his fault, he didn't lock the garage....”

There is (or was) a shop in Waukesha that did restos on early 60's Ferraris. I worked down the street at Gohr power/Lake Country at the time and got to look at some of the cars. It was amazing to me how someone could just neglect a Ferrari like it was a Hornet Wagon.......

Yep, my friends owned Spring City Autobody that was the body shop right above the resto shop in the same beat up old building. It was amazing to see some of the work they did there. They did high dollar Ferraris, Rolls, Bentleys, Jags, Porsches, etc, etc. I think they are still in business in the Waukesha area, just not sure where.

Wasn't Spring City doing some Mopar stuff also? I think I saw a Six Pack Super Bee that had done that was very nice.

Not Spring City, might have been the other shop in the building. Spring City was mostly a crash repair shop. They did a few restorations, but mostly Corvettes. I don't remember them doing a Super Bee, but they might have had one there at one point. There were three shops in that building for a time and I know that some of them did some muscle car restos.

I know there was a lot of stuff going on in that building (We had a service manager living in part of it for a while..) Isn't there supposed to be a tunnel going west from the basement or something too? It was Spring City Brewery or something at one point maybe?

The only Ferrari I would spend more than a million dollars on would be the FXX:

800 hp

I'm sure the classics are worth it to some people, just not me...

It is on East North Street, just South of Barstow. On the West side of North Street.

I hope that was confusing enough. I managed to hit every possible direction in that.......

I know the guy that used to own that shop. He has since sold it to his employe's. I was doing some work to his house last year, I think I was on the roof tuck pointing his chimney or something, when there was a crash coming from his garage. Went to investigate and a florescent light fell out of the ceiling and crashed down on a one of two ever made Maserati denting the trunk.
