Im sure it took a lot of skill and time to get this to work but why? Just to say you did it? Why Fwd? Fwd is not a durable as RWD and there are traction issues as well. It just seems like a waste to me.

there are a few hundred GTO'ers in line at minimum to get their hands on the '06 tails for their '04 and '05's.

they were first avaliable in Nov, first 200 sets disappeared within days.

then 75 more came, pooft gone.

I finally got in on it in early January, I expect I won't be seeing my '06 tails till late May, early June.

I already had my taillights tinted like the Cv8Z model, but always had my heart set on the "HRT427" tails, but the originals from AUS w/out the dot legal reflector cost $600ish after importing and shipping, charges, etc. the '06 tails are the next best thing. It's basically hard and expensive to get any "Monaro" items, as Monaro in OZ has more prestige than Corvette, Mustang, Camaro, and Viper combined in the states, and everything commands a premium..

anyway.. back to the LS1 GTP...
