Hey last time we went we were still puttin up times faster than some of the rice there. Its not like it takes us an hour to get down the track, just a few seconds more than the fast stuff.

Just curious, what do you drive or take to the track? I don't remember seeing any of your 80 some posts?

my 94 i ran a big bad 16.5 with it. from what i saw on the old s-series forums, that was pretty good! my present one doesn't seem to have the same grunt despite a new motor.....

Ok lets shoot for Tuesday The 18th, and if it gets rainy well just switch it to wed.

If I remember right my best time was 16.76 but I did know that my trans was going to hell and it died about a month later. Now with the beter clutch bands and the corvette servo it shifts way better, I would hope that it gets closer to the 15s now. And now my tires that were worn out last time, are now really worn out so I wont be hesitating to do a burnout even if I dont need it, lol.

More revenue could also mean a better track as a whole. An extra 3-4 second wait isn't the end of the world.

Well as of now the weather channel web page shows Tuesday the 18th to be sunny with only a 10% chance of rain, and a high of 61 deg. Hopefully that holds up.

It will probably be easiest to just meet down there, Should be pretty easy to find Brandons Purple Blazer or my Blue Pickup. I will probably get there around 6:30 by the time I get home, eat and head down there.

Crappy :mad: The best I could do was a 17.8 or something like that. Last time was was running 16.7 with a tranny that was on its way out, now I have a rebuilt tranny that holds the gears to long. Oh well it was still fun

What were you driving? Brandon and I got there around 6:45 and stayed till about 8:30 There were a few other trucks there but it looked like it was just and the Quad cab Ram that were actualy running.

my truck got better every run but still nothing like i should have been running...17.8 was the best....this was while kicking kev's ass...lol i ran that bad last year with bad axles, fuel pump, old tranny and less mods then now..oh well

I went to a GTG in Holland, MI this weekend. Thanks to some great advice from a few friends, I ran a new best! My goal is to run a 12.9 and I got very close this weekend. 13 flat at 102.5:shades ...here is the slip:


I'll be at GLD next Monday(Memorial Day) for the DHRA bracket racing.
