I had to delete all my other pics to post these but.....

97 Triumph T595 Daytona. 955cc 3cyl. Yosh can (from a GSXR1100) K&N filter and a remap. 118hp at the wheel (yes not a lot but it is almost 10 years old now...)

92 Ducati 907IE Paso. 2valve LC V Twin (Still a Desmo!)
75hp at the wheel. Slow as hell but the wife loves it (She hates the Daytona) and I am attached to it after all these years....

The garage also has:
58 Triumph Thunderbird
70 Triumph Tiger
Honda 500FT Ascott
Honda CT 70
Honda ST90
Bultaco Campera 175
66 Harley FLH (88inch Shovel)
There is a pile of dirtbikes in the shed too.........

To be honest, I don't miss my bike one bit. It got boring. I would be cruising down the road seeing all these people confortable in their cars with the A/C on wishing I was them. It got old.

It's rare that I ride the Triumph on a day over 80. The thing runs so damn hot that it will roast the twins in slow traffic. The you have to drive in a manner that cause attention from everyone to cool it down....... :thumbsup

I love the Vegas series bikes, they took the Duece theme and made it much more attractive. I cannot understand why there aren't more of them ruiing around the area.

I interviewed at Pumas in Racine yesterday to take over the service department. They were an Indian dealer from 99-04 and lost a chuck when the Gilroy operation went south. Indian was purchased by an English financial concern and they are ramping up to produce bikes for the 07 year. Interesting stuff with an engine developed by Rousch.

It seems that the new Indians have a pretty serious base of loyal riders so I'm interested in seeing what it's about. They really want to get past the HD clone image from a few years ago. Too bad they are priced outside of reality for me.
