Thing is though... Facebook can probably get away with it, since they have a never ending flow of new people.

FYI only people with a high school or college email address (*.edu) can register there, but, there are always going to be new people in schools. It's also less retarded, less cluttered, 1 color style for every user, etc.

Myspace on the other hand has annoying as **** streaming video on everyone's site, horrible backgrounds/colors + font colors that don't offset, 95% e-tards wHo TyPe LiKe ThIs, think they're badass 'cos they have 1,834 friends on their list, spam bulletins saying "OMFG add this person, they whore!" http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=myspace+whore(def. 4 & 5) etc... it is a fad, and will die eventually like every other friend/meeting place.
