I can scrape together about $70 and I can get a loan for the rest no problem.

Make sure it has the "Fix" from Ferd Mike. '99 Cobras didn't come close to their advertised HP rating.

Ford did wind up recalling the 1999 Mustang Cobra to fix the problem. From what we hear this included replacing the intake manifold and the exhaust system. Link (http://www.muscularmustangs.com/2005/svtcobraslow99.php)

I ended up not getting it. Car was knocking. WTF is up with that. My dad said he has seen quite a few Cobras doing the same.
