Avat./Sig help

I am sure this has been posted before. Just wonder how to create Sig and or Avatar. I see it in the UserCP section, but when I wanted to add a pic, I now just get a link to that pic. As you can see in my Sig section. Any help would be nice.

You need to add the IMG code which is "{IMG}address{/IMG}" but instead of {}'s you use []'s.

Also the image in your sig is way too big I can shrink that down for ya.
