just got the exhaust done over at lincoln muffler and brake....60th and lincoln...by tom...very nice guy.....did qan excellent job very cheap....truck sounds good....i had the catco direct fit cat with 2.5" pipe to flowmaster 40 and 2.5" pipe out....no polished/oversized tip or anything yet but it's got some rumble to it..

i bought the muffler and cat on my own....he charged $110 to install it all with the pipe and new hangers and stuff...got it done same day...not to bad

it sounds good...very quiet inside the cab but nice little tone on the outside...could be louder but this will do for now...
