Since the wifey and I have a gym membership we have no need for this.

It retails for ~$800 new. It is in good shape, and I have the manuals for it.

Standard features include:

210 lbs. of Power Rod® resistance
Lat pull down
Leg curl/leg extension
Sliding seat rail for aerobic rowing
Triple-function handgrip/ankle cuff for a variety of exercises

is there a difference between these and the bowflex on TV ?

I just dont remember seeing schwin

Not really a difference. The Scwinn uses Bowflex's actual power rods, put it does not use bars per se. Rather individual handgrips/ankle cuffs. So for instance, with a lat pull down, you do not use a lat bar, instead each hand has a handgrip.
