I tried a search, but came up with 20 pages of tire related information. My '02 S-10 Crew Cab needs new tires. They were pretty worn and this morning the front passenger side tire blew and I'm running on the spare. Could you guys recomend a good place to buy tires and get them mounted/balanced? I'm selling this truck, so no name tires are cool with me.

X 7 or so on the AT Revos.
I have them on my Durango, and would not run anything else on a street-driven SUV or the equivalent.
The noise is minimal, the treadwear is great, and the traction is above average in any climate.
These tires have a great rep, deservedly, and about everyone I know with a light truck/suv runs them.

Just check out tirerack.com, Atleast you can look through tires and get an idea of a cheap truck tire. I just put those revo's on my little bro's 2000 dakota. And before that, I put them on my older bro's tacoma. Excellent tire, I just dont think you need to spend the money on em if your gonna sell it. I've always been a BFG All terrain guy myself. But they arent exactly cheap either. Maybe the standard Dueler A/T might work for you, or go to Farm and Fleet (and or) Fleet Farm and get their Baja series tires. Not the greatest, when compared to big name brands, but atleast its cheap. Look at maybe some Coopers. Just trying to throw out some names........

Check Tire Rack, my Dad put Yokohama Geolandar AT+ IIs on his Tahoe, and loves 'em... Plus they're the highest rated tire or at least were for under $100 ea...

Are you looking for new or used? (and by used I don't mean bald or trashed), something with at least or around %50 of the tread left.....

I buy my tires off Tire Rack and have them mounted at Mr. Ps... It's still cheaper that way from what I've dealt with...

Everyone is right on the money - check Tire Rack, then call Ricky at Mr. P's. Sometimes he can meet their price on the tires to if its a brand he carrys, otherwise buy em on Tire Rack and have them put on at Mr. P's.

Thanks for all the help guys! I had a buddy hook me up with some Yokohama Geolandar's from Tire Rack. I should have them by Monday at the latest. I think I'll just go to Pomps to get them mounted, because they are about a 30 second drive from where I live. Again, thanks!
