350 is my offer since this is an open box item and the games probably have been played already, you can keep Madden 2006 since its an incomplet game and that Best Buy warranty.

FYI people looking to buy a 360, EB Games is going to have a flow of 360 coming in in the beginning of next month. Looking forward to playing Condemned soon!
