Hi
My Dad came in there and bought the Black 02 TA yesterday
for my Nephew NAN 96S10.
Grandpa told RAY Gromacki ( salesman) to fill the GAS tank.
PLEASE USE PREMIUM Gas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :stare
reg gas in an LS1 motor SUCKS big time!!!!!!!! :wow
Please either DO NOT FILL IT,
or Use PREMIUM GAS!

the one time i got low on gas,
stopped at a station that ONLY had 87 regular,
i thought my LS1 turned into a Mustang Motor :) LOL
it got so Doggy!
:) it was noticably slower on regular!

oh I have the option. it doesn't seem much weaker on 87 octane at all.

srt4s are premium also.....i mean neons. or wait....is that what I meant? PCM doesn't like the lower octane.....will throw codes all day

My DSM and daily are both Premium, I don't even look at the prices anymore. It's just habbit now, it just sucks when I use someone's car for something and if theyneed gas I'll fill it up not thinking and put premium in, doh. Don't catch it till i'm done, oh well. :goof

Hrmm I was running Mid in my Mustang til the SES light came on... Then I didn't want to fix it, decided to switch to Regular and it went off and hasn't thrown a code since... LMAO... I drove it from 12mi - 54k mi with no light then the light came on... Switched gas and within two tank fulls it was off again and has been thus far... 71k on the clock right now... Gotta love it... lol

who am I racing in the middle of winter on my way to and from work mon-fri?
FYI, I switched back to premium.
