You did a fantastic job of embarrassing yourself. Disregarding board rules. Multiple identities. Calling my board a crap site, didn't favor you a popular status either. You have 20 posts, all of which are you trying to push your business or argue with someone. The members that are business owners like yourself that do well and earn respect of the BCM majority are the ones that have 100's of intelligent posts that help members with their auto enthusiast hobby. Offering their expertise for the benefit of the community. With that respect earned. The board pushes business their way.

Any member has a right to post their good or bad experience with a vendor. That is one of the many reasons why the board is exists. I've heard something negative and positive of just about every Milwaukee auto related vendor. Now surely Borchards, Kilpatricks, AER, etc, etc.... are all so, so terrible. Would they still be in business for this long? Probably not.

I can tell you it takes an OUTSTANDING company to not have 1 whiny customer. I've been in the business of customer service apparently alot longer than you.

I'm glad this douche is gone. I have been on this board for a while and although I don't make a ton of posts, I read a lot and chime in when I feel the need. Andy you run a great site and have really built a good community with all the members even though I only know a couple members on here personally. I probably haven't said it yet but great job running the site and I'm sure once I'm out of college and get a place and car of my own, I'll get to know some people on here more.

It takes a lot of balls and stupidity for someone to come onto this site, advertise their crappy business, and then complain about what others think of them. This guy has no case against Andy, even if anything that bad was said, THIS IS ANDY'S SITE so piss off.
